ANTHONY MALKOUN B.A. LL.B
BIO
Anthony graduated in 2004, having obtained an Arts/Law Degree at the University of Tasmania. He then completed his Articles whilst working for a firm based in the Melbourne CBD, and was admitted to practice on 14 February 2006. He established Malkoun & Co Lawyers in early 2010.
Anthony oversees the running of the practice which serves a broad range of clients in criminal, family law and property matters.

ZOYA TVARKOVSKI B.A. LL.B
BIO
Zoya graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Laws/Arts.
Zoya has had a passion for Criminal Law since her admission in 2018. Whilst at University, she completed an exchange program on Commercial Arbitration and Mediation at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. She possesses a wealth of experience, having volunteered for Victoria Legal Aid and Sunshine Youth Legal Centre, where she undertook pro bono work for disadvantaged youth.
Prior to working with Malkoun & Co Lawyers, Zoya worked at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court as a Court Registrar where she gained experience and knowledge of court procedures and the judicial system.
Zoya is motivated by helping clients through what is often a stressful time in their life by listening and understanding their end goals.

BIO
Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Legal and Dispute Studies from RMIT University and graduated from Monash University having completed a Juris Doctor.
Prior to working at Malkoun & Co Lawyers, Sylvia completed internships in the Criminal Law and Family Law sector. She has since developed a passion for Family Law. Sylvia understands that Family Law proceedings can be a very challenging time for her clients. She is focused on achieving the best outcomes, in an understanding and practical manner.

SHANE MCGRATH B. COMP
BIO
Shane graduated from Deakin University in 2003 with a Bachelor Degree in Computing and has since expanded his working knowledge to a wide variety of business, advertising and property related roles.
Having spent 8 years as a senior analyst manager at a prominent advertising firm, Shane has since turned his keen ability to master processes and complex business transactions to the practice of conveyancing and acts as Malkoun & Co Lawyers’ Conveyancing Manager.
He prides himself on offering a personalised customer experience and ensuring that each of his clients are comfortable that they are dealing with a dedicated individual who wants to ensure that their best interests are put first and foremost.
